| All packages are sent to you by fedex or ups unless otherwise specified and should be received within 2 days. Orders placed with only a PO Box will be sent out via US Postal Mail.
If you have a problem with an order please call, fax, or email your problem to have a representative contact you about returning the product for replacement. You will be issued a RMA form to fill out prior to sending in the defective product, and RMA form must accompany shipment.
We stand behind our products and will attempt to fix any problem you may find prior to the exchange of a defective product.
Non defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and are only available during the first 30 days of invoice. Non defective returns must be in original packaging and unopened with no markings on package. These items should be returned in the same outside packaging, or similar packaging that it was received in.
