Defective items should be reported within 30 days of invoice for credit towards new item.  

Collection charges plus any other costs incurred will be applied in the case of a bad check or non payment.  

All items are shipped via FedEx or UPS and should arrive within 2 business days. 

Brand names used within this website are for descriptive purposes only and actual cartridges are compatible or remanufactured, unless specifically listed as Brand Name or OEM.  

Terms of Sale 
1.   New credit customers must provide the following information for C.O.D. Bank name, checking account number and bank phone number.  
2.   Credit Card, Paypal, or Company check is required for payment unless otherwise approved by Ink World USA.  
3.   Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and Paypal are all accepted upon card or paypal approval at no additional charge.  
4.   3% discount for C.I.A. orders over $1000. 
5.   Credit terms of NET 15 will be considered after conducting a reasonable period of steady business with Ink World USA ($500 minimum per month for 5 months). Past due invoices will be charged at 2% per month.  
6.   Returned checks will be assessed a $35 bank charge.  
7.   All prices are subject to change without notice.  
      
Shipping 
1.   Ink World USA will ship your order the most economical way (UPS, FedEx, truck) unless otherwise stated by customer.  
4.   Orders placed by 3:00 Eastern time usually ship out the same day.
